The staff's warmth, especially Sofia at breakfast reception, made mornings truly delightful. However, the breakfast wait time was frustrating, impacting my overall experience.

This was my very very good stay with wonderful customer service. It was tidy place, staff were especially helpful, and I loved my brand-new room. The excellent and very pretty location was near River Liffey.

Great stay and awesome staff!
The friendly staff really made a difference, especially Maria who helped us settle in. Hotel has a nice bar/lounge area for chilling after a busy day, but communal toilets could use better upkeep. Would've liked more dining options on-site too. A solid experience in the heart of the city.

We had classic queen room, and it was good standard with a balcony. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close to the financial centre and the CCD, O O'Connell Bridge and train station and bus station and easily accessible.

Location
The bar was closed on Saturday night There was no parking when I got there even though I phoned on Thursday and was told there would be no problem - that it would be at a cost of 14 euro a day Had to find Jurys car park pay 39 euro to use it on top of the hotel cost Felt the hotel was fairly standarded - nothing special
